Happy NEW YEAR! We hope you have had the most enjoyable holiday season! Henny has been celebrating with family in a warmer climate. Although she might be far from the yarn shop, but she’s never not knitting! She’s been busy at the beach working on our January KAL… The RAMONA PULLOVER!
This sweater is the pullover version of the Ramona cardigan, which was one of our KALs last summer. Like the cardigan, it features top-down, seamless construction. It also features 3 different body shaping options: A-line, waist-shaped or no-shaped, so you can pick the body style that you prefer!
Using aran/bulky-weight yarn, Ramona Pullover knits up quickly so you can have a finished sweater in just a couple of weeks. This is also a great sweater if you have never knit a garment before. Wipe out your WIPs!
And now… let’s tackle some UNFINISHED business. Do you have a pile of WIPs (works in progress) taunting you from a variety of project bags and baskets? Have no fear! We will band together and get stuff done!
Once again, we will start the year by challenging ourselves to finish ONE WIP per month. Here's how you do it… Search every last corner for all your unfinished projects. Number them 1-12, or just go as high as you need to. Some people in the past have even included non-yarn unfinished projects like organizing the a closet or cleaning out the basement. So add whatever projects YOU need to finish. Then tune in during the first week of each month this year when we draw a number to see which project we get to finish each month. This has been hugely popular in the past, so join in on the fun of completing everything!
