Happy 4th of JULY! So much Red, White and Blue in the window! We will be closed on Thursday July 4th, but open our regular hours the rest of the week. One of our friends from the shop found a free pattern for a cute little flag. We thought it was adorable and wanted to pass it along to you…

We have a few new things for you to check out at the shop!
YARN BOWLS - We just recieved a new batch of beautiful yarn bowls from local artist Chari Jousma. Each one is a one of a kind creation with lace and linen impressions and suprising little details like places to hold your scissors and needles.
SHAWL CUFFS - We are now carrying Whimsy&Co Shawl Cuffs. What’s a shawl cuff? Just about the greatest way to style your handmade shawls, wraps and cowls. Especially those big drapey ones that are hard to keep fastened. Each cuff is a one of a kind design made locally from up-cycled leather belts.
CEDAR SACHETS - No more moths or mice getting into your precious handknit or crocheted garments. Stock up on Cedar Roma sachets and turn your drawers and totes into cedar closets.
Knit-a-longs are becoming a big hit at Henny’s! We just wrapped up our June KALs and are ready to get started on the July projects. Anybody can join in on a KAL. It’s free to join, and you get 15% off your yarn and patterns for the project. In July will be making the Tincture Hat and Shift Cowl, both by Andrea Mowry. Each pattern uses Mosiac Knitting - a deceptively simple color-work technique you’re going to LOVE! See dates and times below and on our calendar page. Our August KALs are on the calendar too, so check those out and pick which one you want to join! (Due to July 4th closing, we will start the Shift KAL the second week of July.)
